Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take full responsibility for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. No return shipment required.

Email us at meftastore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a short video of the issue

We'll resend the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


Returns for Personal Reasons (Wrong size, change of mind, or item not as expected)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and unaltered. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
